• Low-cost and effective strategies for attracting new volunteers

• Managing volunteers in ways that encourage happiness, fulfillment, and organizational needs being met

• Placing volunteers in the best roles for them *and* you

• Retaining volunteers as #1 fans (that is, in the long term!)
