OUR TALENT:

This evening is a Midwestern Treat, with a bit of New England thrown in for spice.

Gabrielle Lanza and Kristen Planeaux of Cincinnati band The Ripples will join us this evening, with local Liz Faiella! With Gabrielle on percussion and Kristen on keyboard and flute, you're going to be grooving to delightfully surprising tunes. Both women have voices like butter, singing everything from traditionals to Prince covers. These two gems will be joined by Liz, who can shred Irish, etc. on fiddle.

Dela Taylor is a newer contra dance caller in Maine.  She's like a bubbling, wacky love brew. She calls modern contra dances with warmth and zest.

AND AFTER:

Join us from 10 p.m. 'til close for snacks and drinks just down the street at Local 188 (just West of Longfellow Square). They've created a new tapas menu just for us, and will offer PICD dancers a discount on drinks and grub. Sweet, ain't they? All ages welcome!

Parking is free after 6pm on street around the State Street/West End neighborhood. We recommend saving extra time, as it might take a bit to find a spot.
