This event is the last of a four-month 3rd-Friday mini-series taking place in April, May, June, and July 2017.

Dugan will be calling advanced contra dances for experienced contra dancers. This evening's music by Clara & Jamie - Clara Stickney and Jamie Oshima!

ABOUT THE DANCE:

This dance is open to all! You don't need to be an expert to come. Dugan's dance choices and teaching style will be oriented toward experienced contra dancers, so if you've been dancing for a few months, you're probably just ripe, and if you've been dancing for a few years, this is totally for you.

If you're a true blue beginner, please come to any Thursday-night event hosted at the same venue by Portland Intown Contra Dance, which features a lesson for beginners.

Parking is free after 6pm on street around the State Street/West End neighborhood. We recommend saving extra time, as it might take a bit to find a spot.
