OUR TALENT:

Sassafras Stomp will join us this evening! Adam Nordell and Johnanna Davis play with heart and verve, and are sometimes joined by John Pranio. They farm and play in Maine most of the year, then travel out West for tours during the Winter.

Chrissy Fowler will be our caller for the evening. She not only frequently calls for regular dance series throughout Maine and New England, she also frequently calls dances for the uninitiated, at weddings, professional events, community centers and the like, spreading the joy of traditional dance to new audiences in a welcoming and warm way. Chrissy is one of the hearts behind the Belfast Flying Shoes contra series in Belfast, Maine.

AND AFTER:

Join us from 10 p.m. 'til close for snacks and drinks just down the street at Local 188 (just West of Longfellow Square). They've created a new tapas menu just for us, and will offer PICD dancers a discount on drinks and grub. Sweet, ain't they? All ages welcome!

Parking is free after 6pm on street around the State Street/West End neighborhood. We recommend saving extra time, as it might take a bit to find a spot.
